1. Introduction

Welcome to Juminium Homestay. By accessing our website (juminium.com) and making a reservation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

2. Booking and Payment Policy

  • Reservation Confirmation: A booking is only officially confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been processed and a confirmation email/message is sent by Juminium.

  • Rates: All rates listed on our website are subject to change based on seasonality, promotions, and availability without prior notice.

3. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in Time: From 14:00 (2:00 PM). Early check-in is subject to room availability and may incur an extra fee.

  • Check-out Time: By 12:00 (12:00 PM). Late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability and additional charges.

  • Identification: Guests are required to provide a valid passport or citizen ID card upon check-in for mandatory local authority registration.

4. Cancellation and Modification Policy

  • Any cancellations or modifications must be made in accordance with the specific policy chosen at the time of booking.

  • No-shows (failure to arrive without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the total booking value and the reservation will be canceled.

5. House Rules & Smart Home Usage

  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms and indoor common areas. Dedicated smoking areas (if any) will be guided by our staff.

  • Smart Home Devices: Guests are expected to use the integrated smart home amenities, appliances, and automated systems with care. Any intentional damage or loss of property will be subject to compensation based on actual replacement costs.

  • Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 (10:00 PM) and 06:00 (6:00 AM) to respect the tranquility of the residential neighborhood.

  • No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property unless explicitly permitted in writing prior to arrival.

6. Liability

  • Juminium Homestay is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings left unattended in the rooms or common areas.

  • Guests are held legally and financially responsible for any damage caused to the homestay property by themselves or their visitors during their stay.
